Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Search Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in optimizing our clients' online advertising efforts. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms, ensuring maximum ROI. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid search strategies, including keyword research, ad creation, and campaign optimization for Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and implementing data-driven adjustments.
- Manage budgets and bids to maximize ROI while staying within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to create cohesive and effective advertising campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform paid search strategies.
- Prepare and present performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing campaign improvements.
- Ensure compliance with platform-specific policies and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of PPC campaign management, including keyword research, ad creation, and bidding strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and the interplay between paid search and organic search.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years of experience in paid search or digital marketing, with a proven track record of successfully managing PPC campaigns.
- Experience with other digital advertising platforms, such as social media advertising, is a plus.
- Google Ads and/or Bing Ads certification.
